Bioinformatic Analysis
To complete the microarray package, CGS offers a range of bioinformatic options for data analysis that can be tailored to the exact needs of the researcher. Principally these packages are available for gene expression and genotyping but the facility is continually expanding its services to offer analytical tools for methylation and other applications.
This is also available as a stand-alone service. We can analyse data from any platform (Affymetrix, agilent etc.) and are not restricted to microarray data. We are currently working on setting-up pipelines for sequence analysis.
