Since January 2007, CGS has been successfully providing solutions for gene expression studies using the Illumina BeadArray system. The facility is an Illumina certified provider (CSPro). The facility has undergone a rigorous certification process and receives continuous education and support, assuring expertise and high-level performance on Illumina’s platform and delivery of reliable and high quality results.

- Verification of sample concentration on the SpectroStar (BMG Labtech) and quality using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyser . This is available as a stand-alone service.
- Sample experimental processing.
- Data Quality Control (GenomeStudio, R, InforSense).
- Standard/custom data analysis performed by expert or access to VisualSense to perform data analysis yourself
- Delivery of data via yousendit or FTP server
