CGS provides a fully flexible SNP genotyping service for small, large, standard or customized projects, on humans and many other species using the latest cutting-edge Illumina BeadArray technology.
CGS is one of the two core labs with the highest capacity. Having the Tecan liquid-handling robot, iScan and autoloader, our automated high throughput set-up makes us the ideal facility to run large genotyping projects for thousands and thousands of samples with fast turn around times. Moreover, this will ensure you can have access to Illumina future products (HumanOmni range and MethylationHD beachips) which will be compatible with the iScan only.
