It could be that you require a totally new approach to mine the data or maybe you know the methods to apply but lack the knowledge to implement it yourself. It could also be valuable for researchers who would need support with the downstream analysis that is not covered in our automated pipeline.

This will allow you to have more control over the analysis and understand the methods you wish to apply to the data. We can modify our pipeline to fit your requirements or we can develop a new pipeline. This type of project is costed based on the necessary time to implement the new or modified pipeline.
