Cambridge Genomic Services offers bespoke solutions for your high-throughput genomics experiments. We are based at the Department of Pathology, at the University of Cambridge. We have over 10 years experience in delivering end-to-end service from experimental design to computational analysis of results. We offer a wide variety of techniques and have a highly skilled team who can assist you with experimental design, library-preparation, interpretation and data analysis. We offer next-generation sequencing on Illumina and Oxford Nanopore devices, Microarray analysis on Affymetrix and Illumina, Genotyping services, Methylation and epi-genetic analysis. We have a dedicated computational biology team that have over 20 years experience in analysis of complex genomic datasets.
