EPIC v2.0 Array

The Infinium methylation EPIC array allows the interrogation of methylation patterns at the genome-wide level, covering more than 930,000 methylation sites. This array has shown to be very popular and is an ideal solution for epigenome-wide association studies even for FFPE samples.

Protocol: 

The protocol is similar to the genotyping Infinium HD assay. The Infinium methylation assay detects cytosine methylation at CpG islands based on highly multiplexed genotyping of bisulfite-converted genomic DNA.
